Poster Presentation

The posters are to be printed and posted by the organizer at the Foyer of the Shaw Auditorium before the corresponding poster session.
Presenters are expected to be in front of their posters throughout the assigned session to answer questions.
Presenters may request to retrieve their poster from the registration counter on the 3rd day of the event for their retention, please prepare your own poster tube holder.

Best Poster Award

The Best Poster Award is selected by a distinguished panel of judges comprised of our honourable speakers and the CBE faculties. The best poster award will be selected based on creativity, innovation, the impact of the project and the presentation of the participant.

All posters that are presented at the conference are considered for the Best Poster Award. There will be no additional application or nomination process.

The winners will be announced during the closing session, all presenters are kindly requested to be in attendance. Awardees will be disqualified if they fail to attend the award ceremony.
